“The Connoisseur Series"
This series will cover very
specific topics to offer a comprehensive look at the wines,
estates and trends in Europe's finest wine regions. Budding
collectors and serious wine lovers will delight in learning
about these cellar selections. At least 8 wines will be
served at each class along with fine cheeses from Beaune’s
Wine Bar. These classes are limited to 20 students. A credit

The
2003 vintage has been ‘declared’ a great vintage in Porto and the
bottles will reflect that vintage when bottled as opposed to being
declassified into NV cuvees. Now, the only thing you’ll have to do
is wait another 20 years for them to fully maturate and develop in
the bottle. Or you can come to West Palm Wines; in our Rare and Fine
room we’ve got perfectly stored some fantastic older vintages of
some of the greatest ports made in the last forty years.
